Our Recruitment Referral Scheme gives you the chance to do just that. You can sign up to our scheme to get a referral code, just for you.
Share the code with someone (anyone… everyone… even the person behind you at the supermarket checkout or the people you met at a party last month), and if they start working with us, we’ll give you a £150 gift card (you can choose which one).
Thinking of applying yourself? Get someone you know to sign up to the scheme and use their referral code (…but make sure you know them well if you’re agreeing to split the voucher).

The (not so) small print:
To be eligible for the scheme:
- You must register for the scheme to provide your contact details.
- You must share your code with prospective applicants (put it on your social media if you want, we don’t mind how many people you share it with, in fact the more you share it, the more chance you have of getting the voucher).
- The applicant must use your referral code when submitting their application. We won’t accept referral codes after the application has been received.
- The applicant must begin working with us (they must accept an offer, pass any security checks / vetting / reference processes etc, and actually start working with us).
- The role must be a paid job. The scheme does not apply to unpaid volunteering roles.
If we’re recruiting for multiple vacancies, there’s no limit to the number of gift vouchers you can receive. If you help us find 10 new team members, then yes, that’s £1.5k for you.
